Position Summary

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall operations, leadership, and financial performance of the facility. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a positive culture that supports residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands‑on leader with a passion for long‑term care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all facility departments
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, census development, and cost control

Qualifications
