Job summary

Woods Services is seeking a highly organized administrative support professional to assist the educational program. The role involves complex data entry, maintaining records for staff attendance and trainings, and handling varied secretarial duties.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma with at least five years of related experience, strong proficiency in Access, Excel and Word, and the ability to manage multiple databases and deadlines with discretion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma plus five years minimum related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have demonstrated working knowledge of computers and be literate in Access, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to perform complex administrative duties and carry out instructions from written and verbal sources.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates annual staff training database.
  • Maintains and updates staff attendance database using Kronos.
  • Responsible for creating and sending IEP invitations using IEP Writer.
  • Assists with preparation of report cards and progress monitoring using IEP Writer.
  • Tracks and maintains data base for PASA and PSSA.
  • Assists in preparation of PIMS data.
  • Gathers required information for PA Academic license application and other states.
  • Tracks CareLogic reports for completion.
  • Submits student attendance records to requesting school districts.
  • Performs receptionist and secretarial duties as needed including front office coverage.
  • Assists building principal with special projects and events.
  • Gathers and inputs data from ODRs into SWBPIS database.

Salary: Starting at $15 / hour - depending on experience / education

Job Summary:

  • Position requires excellent secretarial and organizational skills.
  • Position requires initiative, independent judgment, and proficiency of all duties while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • PA Act 114 & FBI Background Clearances are required.
