A leading company is seeking a part-time administrative support specialist in East Liverpool. This temporary role requires excellent customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills. The position involves managing office tasks and assisting individuals visiting the local government office. Ideal candidates will have a HS Diploma and a keen attention to detail.
Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a local office in the East Liverpool area assisting them with them with their need for a part time administrative support specialist. This role is temporary estimated to last at least 3 months and will work 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday in office. Microsoft Office skills, good communication and customer service skills, and able to manage daily office tasks is required. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!
Hours: Part Time in office Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm
Status/Lengths of Position: Estimated to be at least a 3 month temporary assignment with potential of extension
Role will work at the front desk of a local government office building.
Responsibilities:
Manage emails and files
Answer the Ring doorbell
Use the Android Phone
MS Office work including basic day to day Word, Excel and Outlook
Open and save Adobe files
Manage calendars where needed
General customer service for individuals coming to the office and calling into the office
Projects as they become requested
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required
Ability to work with MS Office and Adobe products
General customer service skills
Able to use an Android phone and learn the Ring Doorbell
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
