We are actively hiring for the position of Administrative Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in diverse Task Order-specific tasks covering a broad set of administrative capabilities.
  2. Answer phones and greet visitors.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  4. Coordinate staff meetings, collate and distribute mail, and prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
  5. Write and edit memos, letters, and other documents as requested.
  6. Create and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
  7. Manage office inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
  8. Set up appointments, distribute reports, and facilitate communication between internal and external parties.
  9. Manage data in spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  10. Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia devices.
  11. May travel off-site to deliver classified or unclassified reports or files to internal or external entities.
Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
