Nationwide Children’s is seeking an administrative assistant to support the Livingston Orthopedic and Surgery Center team. The role performs moderately complex administrative duties and coordinates communications, documents, and scheduling for department staff.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of administrative experience, with completion of the Ambassador Program within the first year. This on-site role supports a busy clinical environment.
40 hours per week; 8:00-4:30 pm; Monday-Friday; Livingston Orthopedic and Surgery Center location
Performs moderately complex administrative duties for one or more individuals within the department.
Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures. Prepares correspondence, documents, reports and other materials which may be moderately complex or confidential, sometimes requiring independent judgment. Schedules appointments for department staff. Participates in department projects of moderate scope and complexity. May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues. May assist in the completion of reimbursement requests for assigned staff.
