  • Provide administrative and tech support for community health projects, including event logistics, program registration, documentation, and communication in English and Chinese.
  • Support in-person and virtual events such as MHFA community trainings by managing setup, tech support, and refreshments.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including attendance, meeting minutes, and survey responses to support outreach and service goals.
  • Communicate directly with MHFA training registrants regarding inquiries or issues related to registration, prework completion, or course details.
  • Attend an MHFA community training assigned by the supervisor to become certified as an MHFAider.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We Look For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or BA degree preferred.
  • Experience using computer/laptop and software such as MS Office and Zoom.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional working proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese is required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Retirement plan options with employer-matching.
  • Enhanced paid time off offerings for personal days, sick, vacation, and holidays.
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Flexible work arrangements.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule and may require local travel during the workday.
  • Work is performed primarily in a standard work environment, including the operation of computer equipment, and physical demands associated with a traditional work setting, e.g., walking, standing, communicating, and other physical functions, as necessary.
