We currently have an opening for an Administrative Support Clerk, supporting our NOCO Primary Care Clinics.
This is a highly administrative role with responsibilities that include sorting incoming faxes electronically into specific folders for the clinics. These faxes will come from pharmacies, other healthcare facilities, results, etc. This role will also manage Release of Information requests that need to be logged and processed. You will also assist clinics with questions regarding barcoding documents that are sent to HIMS for processing. *The preferred candidate for this role will have knowledge of healthcare terminology and strong computer/software skills.
Shift Details: -30 hours per week, working 3/10's, 6am - 4:30pm, Monday, Thursday and Friday

This position provides routine secretarial/clerical support for a department or several departments. The incumbent uses standing instructions to complete their tasks. Unusual situations require supervisor involvement.
Estimated Pay Range: $17.32 - $25.98 / hour
