A leading educational institution is seeking a part-time administrative support professional for the Human Resources department. This role involves assisting the Director of Employee Relations & Equity, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting HR initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess relevant office experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ensuring timely and effective communication.
The purpose of this class is to provide part-time professional-level administrative support services to the Director, Employee Relations & Equity in the Human Resources department.
Qualifications: High school diploma/GED with five years of related office experience, or an Associate’s Degree with three years of related office experience. Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications are required. Candidates must complete and pass Microsoft testing modules, including Word and Excel, and demonstrate the ability to type 30 wpm. Candidates with proof of current Microsoft Office Expert Specialist Certification are exempt from testing.
Position Details: This is a PART-TIME position (19.5 hours per week), with daytime hours between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
