Administrative Support Analyst
Job Location: US-VA-Fort Belvoir
Responsibilities
- Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources support for the PM and others as necessary
- Handles sensitive or confidential information
- Manage PM calendar using MS Outlook
- Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support
- Prepares a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
- Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
- Trains lower-level administrative support analyst
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
- Minimum Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret
- Education: High School Diploma
- Years of Experience: At least 10 years of experience in an administrative setting in the DoD
- Preferred: BA or BS
- Years of Experience: At least five years of experience in an administrative setting in the DoD
- Technical Skills: Expert in Microsoft Suite; Proficient with Defense Travel System; Knowledgeable in Microsoft SharePoint
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks; Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Location: Onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA
- Travel: 25%
