Located in Newfoundland, PA with group homes across four counties, this position is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support functions for daily operations.

EDUCATION: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Two-year degree in administration or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years experience providing administrative support preferably in a social or health services setting. Requires excellent oral and written communication/customer service skills and excellent computer skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires sitting ¼ to ½ of the work day. Standing, walking, stooping, bending, push/pull movements performed regularly. Ability to lift light loads of up to 20 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines. Requires continuous use of office equipment requiring repetitive wrist/hand movement and vision. Range of hearing and vision sufficient to operate standard office machines and communicate with co-workers and stakeholders in person and via telephone.
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities, make decisions and adapt to changing work situations, grasp and apply new ideas and technologies, communicate and successfully interact with various personalities both internally and externally. Significant and frequent use of physical requirements associated with verbal and written communication.
