Canvas II, LLC. is seeking a high-ability administrator to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain rosters within a DoD environment. You will handle HR duties, support personnel processing, and operate key systems like MILPDS and MyFSS.
The role requires an active Secret clearance, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in an integrated team. U.S. citizenship is required for most positions.
Monitor, Facilitate, and Manage organizational schedules and calendars. Manage and de-conflict schedules and organizational commitments, along with coordinating and facilitating meetings and conferences. Create, manage and maintain databases and rosters to include reviewing, proofreading, and correcting outgoing correspondence, updating squadron rosters, and distributing office mail. Coordinate meeting/conference organization and preparation, which includes developing agendas and presentations, scheduling, and preparation of meeting venue, recording, and tracking action items, and performing venue security duties. Update official bulletins, displays and announcements. Act as alternate to the Unit Personnel Coordinator; assist with in/out processing of military, civilian and contractor personnel. Assist with Human Resource duties; assist with performing as a system operator for Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS), MyFSS, Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM) and Military Leave Web.
U.S. citizenship is required for most positions.
Must have and be able to maintain a Secret security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs.
Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
