Ingram Marine Group is seeking an Administrative Support professional for the Ashland City, TN area. The role focuses on maintaining records, editing documents, data entry, travel arrangements, expense management, and calendar scheduling for the Ashland City Terminal.
You will greet visitors, answer phones, manage files, distribute mail, and prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office. A High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of related experience are preferred.

The Administrative Support role will be responsible for supporting the Ashland City Terminal with administrative functions such as maintaining records, preparing and editing documents and correspondence, data entry, as well as arranging travel, expense management, and scheduling
