Job summary

Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ seeks a part-time Nursing Supervisor to oversee the nursing department during night hours and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role supports hospital leadership after hours and coordinates staffing and care standards.

Requires a BSN or Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2 years of clinical and management experience, and NJ RN license with BLS. Weekly 24 hours, hourly rate $47.45–$76.15, benefits package included.

Hourly Rate: $47.45 - $76.15The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
