Administrative Supervisor
The Department of Anesthesiology, UW - Madison School of Medicine & Public Health is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to lead and manage administrative assistants across a variety of administrative services. Such administrative services include but are not limited to faculty development, recruitment, and general administrative support. The Administrative Supervisor will report to the Associate Department Administrator and will be responsible for supervising administrative assistants across these services, while also providing support to faculty and staff, while managing day-to-day operational tasks. This role is an opportunity for a strong communicator, detail-oriented and organized leader to promote and foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, identify and implement process improvements, and create training and development opportunities for the administrative assistants.

The starting salary for the position is $65,000 annually; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
