What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and maintain contracts between Owners and Contractors
- Create renewal documents and apply pricing adjustments to contracts
- Establish and maintain client information in proprietary software
- Respond to daily contractual inquiries and requests from internal and external sources
- Coordinate information and schedules with internal resources to ensure contract implementation success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or contract management
- Proficiency in using proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
