Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Rutland, MA is seeking a Full-time Switchboard Receptionist to be the first point of contact for callers and visitors. The role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule and a pay range of $20.00–$23.30 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, routing inquiries, and performing clerical tasks such as mail, copies, and data entry.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• 3 years relevant experience in administration, preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer and Mircosoft Office skills.
• Must be able to attend 3 days of paid new hire orientation Monday-Wednesday 8:00am-4:00pm.

• Answer and route incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with initiating and following emergency procedures, and maintaining a professional, calm, and helpful presence at all times.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as mail sorting and distribution, copying and faxing, booking conference rooms, and occassional data entry/updates.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
