Why I Love My Job

We are seeking adedicated Installation Support Specialist to join our team. This role isessential in ensuring smooth operations for our installation teams andproviding excellent customer service to our clients. The position is based inour Dayton, Columbus, or Cincinnati locations and involves in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming and makeoutgoing calls to Installers and Comfort Consultants.
  • Schedule installations forcustomers and manage the scheduling calendar.
  • Assist with issues orchallenges faced by installers.
  • Help process installationinvoices and manage installer payroll.
  • Assist in processingwarranties, utility rebates, and sending out permit letters.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to5:00 PM.
  • Participate in an on-callrotation approximately every 6 weeks, with new hires entering the rotationseveral months after starting. On-call hours are:
    • Weekdays: 5:00 PM to 9:30PM.
    • Weekends: 9:00 AM to 9:30PM.
  • Employees are also requiredto work at least one holiday per year.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle a varietyof tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skillsfor interacting with both customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independentlyand manage time effectively during on-call hours.
  • Proficiency with computersand the ability to quickly learn new software.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday. This position also has a requirement a rotating on-call shift.
