The Administrative Specialist III role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the assigned department and administrative operations for more than one executive while working closely with management and departmental staff, preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents; making travel arrangements; managing schedules and calendars, administering budgets, and performing other similar activities.
