We are looking for an Administrative Specialist II who provides administrative assistance to eligibility staff to improve efficiency in case processing. Performs administrative duties such as assisting clients, screening applications and resolving problems. Provides internal customer services by working in harmonious relationships and developing sound solutions to accomplish the S.C Department of Health and Human Services mission (The Department). Demonstrates positive, cooperative and professional relationships and customer service with staff, co-workers, customers, providers, administrators, the general public, and all stakeholders. Must exhibit dependability/reliability/time management by reporting to work on time, by meeting work schedules & deadlines and completing job tasks effectively and efficiently.
A high school diploma.
Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
