This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. 1. Experience with Microsoft Office using programs such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
2. Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative, ensuring the completion of job requirements with minimal supervision.
3. This position requires consistent attendance and a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
4. Customer service experience, including resolving customer issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to quickly learn and apply laws, policies, and procedures to tasks.
