The Department of the Secretary of State (SOSNC) is looking for an Administrative Specialist I to perform work in cash intake part of the accounts receivable processes of the Department. This position is responsible for performing the cash intake function of the Department for both the front counter walk in clients and for mail in clients. This position is responsible for accurately and timely applying mail and front counter payments to the accounts receivable portion of the Department’s internal system.
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
