Overview


Abacus Technology is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide management support for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.



Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support, including analysis, procedural competency, and process improvement strategies with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Support senior managers and organizational staff by researching, compiling information, and preparing clear, concise, and coordinated written communications.
  • Keep leadership informed of issues related to the Directorate's mission.
  • Monitor progress on tasks and initiatives.
  • Support program events by providing relevant information and background.
  • Draft documents for leadership approval and signature.
  • Disseminate program policies and guidance on initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support meetings and conferences, including scheduling and setup for physical and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare background information and invite participants for meetings.
  • Maintain scheduling documents and requirements for video and online conferencing.
  • Assist with travel planning and execution.


Qualifications


Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, including at least 2 years in a DoD environment. HS diploma or GED required. Knowledge of AF procedures and guidelines. Effective oral and written communication skills for management documentation. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work professionally across all organizational levels. Must be a US citizen with a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
