Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to hospital leadership, including scheduling, records, correspondence, meetings, and special projects.
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial administration.
  • Support pricing analytics, including fee reviews, market research, pricing updates, and analysis of pricing and revenue trends.
  • Prepare and maintain financial, operational, and KPI reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets for leadership.
  • Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to support business decisions.
  • Support hospital development initiatives, including market research, new services, expansion opportunities, partnerships, and business-development projects.
  • Provide basic marketing and social media support, including coordinating approved content, gathering photos and updates, and maintaining the hospital’s content calendar.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate travel and itineraries, communications, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with hospital leadership and team members.
