As an Administrative Site Lead at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will work alongside the Clinical Site Director to ensure a smooth, orderly, and efficient operation of all programs available to the clinic. You will be responsible for managing administrative staff, managing phones, patient check-ins and scheduling, adherence to company policies, procedures, and partnerships, and thorough follow-up with referral sources to systemically facilitate cohesive patient care.
