SUMMARY
The Administrative Receptionist (AR) performs receptionists and clerical duties in the Patient Care Administrative Suite. Performs basic secretarial functions under supervision works in collaboration with Executive Secretary for completion of clerical assignments, reports, and special projects as assigned and requires some and uses considerable independent judgment in making decisions. The AR organizes the work and performs a variety of service activities that promotes efficiency. The AR role also includes patient advocacy and performance improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Background in business administration preferred
  • Two (2) years of administrative or customer service support role required
  • Demonstrates proficiency in word processing
  • Types 45 wpm with accuracy
