United Built Homes, LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator in our Terrell Design Center to manage administrative duties and deliver excellent customer service for our home-building team. The role supports sales and construction coordination, document control, and calendar management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a construction or new-home sales office is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and file sales and residential-construction documents and reports.
• Track and maintain flow of documents between sales and corporate offices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice.
• Maintain the retail sales office calendar and staff coverage.
• Perform other duties and committee assignments as needed.
