Qualifications

• Current U.S. military service member eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program
• Able to participate in the full 6-month apprenticeship prior to military separation
• Background in administration, operations, logistics, or related area

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage candidate interviews across multiple time zones
• Support candidate travel and interview logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within Greenhouse
• Generate recruiting reports and metrics from Greenhouse
• Assist with data audits and ensure data integrity
• Track deadlines and action items to support team execution
• Provide administrative support to Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy and team
