The Virtually enhanced Community Care (VeCC) service is a multidisciplinary service that provides both face-to-face and virtual care in the community including care navigation, care coordination and health coaching interventions. The VeCC works with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people of all ages living in the Illawarra Shoalhaven district with a life limiting chronic illness. The VeCC service supports patients to live independently and comfortably at home as long as possible with access to allied health and nursing staff and remote monitoring of their symptoms and wellbeing.
This position is part of the VeCC team. It will provide timely and accurate administrative support for members of the Virtually enhanced Community Care (VeCC) team under the direction of the Team Leader.
The Administration Officer will work under broad supervision and will be required to take some independent action and initiation.
