Job description

OFFICE: PROVINCIAL OFFICE - LAGUNA, TESDA REGION IV-A

SALARY: Php 38,413.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. (35%) Manages and implements the financial management services in the provincial office;
  2. (20%) Assists in implementing programs and projects of the office;
  3. (20%) Prepares terms of reference, periodic reports and other communications;
  4. (15%) Provides administrative and technical assistance to various operating units;
  5. (10%) Performs other related functions.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service/ (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
  • Good moral character and work ethics
  • Can work under pressure

  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories:
    Superior
    Peers
    Subordinates (if applicable)
    Clients (if applicable)
  • Photocopy of National Certificate (NC) II;
  • Photocopy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Photocopy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
