Job summary

Examples of duties

In this position, you will manage administrative functions that support vehicles, facilities, and assets throughout the Department. You work will strengthen agency operations by coordinating programs, analyzing needs, and supporting staff. As an Administrative Officer 1, you will perform the following duties:

• Fleet Management: Coordinate vehicle assignments, oversee repairs, review usage, and prepare replacement documentation

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 1 day per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

• This particular position also requires possession of a current driver's license which is not under suspension.
