  • Providing guidance on procurement procedures and assisting with requisitions or purchase orders.
  • Supporting COR-related duties for contracts or facility leases by coordinating maintenance or facility service needs.
  • Tracking personnel actions or FTE levels to support staffing and workforce planning.
  • Coordinating emergency or continuity-related communication materials, including maintaining calling-tree information.

Requirements

Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-9 level) that demonstrates the statements below:

  • Researching financial data in agency financial systems to support budget formulation and execution.
  • Reviewing obligations and expenditures to determine funding adequacy and recommend adjustments.
  • Preparing statistical or financial reports that track program funds and inform management decisions.
  • Providing guidance on procurement procedures and assisting with requisitions or purchase orders.
  • Supporting COR‑related duties for contracts or facility leases by coordinating maintenance or facility service needs.

  • Coordinating emergency or continuity‑related communication materials, including maintaining calling‑tree information.
