DNA Workshop is an award-winning firm specializing in multi-family housing, historic adaptive re-use, hospitality, and retail projects. We are currently working in 34 states and have recently launched our first international project in Turks and Caicos. We are experiencing tremendous growth and expanding our team. Originally founded in Baton Rouge, we opened a second office in Richmond, VA in 2022 and a Dallas office in 2023.

We are looking for a part-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our Richmond office. This role will lead office admin efforts for this location and assist the core Administrative Team and Chief Marketing Officer based in Baton Rouge.

This position involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and support our team’s successful design projects.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing office supplies and the material library
  • Assisting the social committee with events and employee celebrations
  • Coordinating new employee onboarding
  • Supporting the CMO with proposals and marketing materials
  • Helping with social media content
  • Responding to phone calls and screening client inquiries
  • Performing other duties as assigned

This is a part-time role, and we are flexible to work with your schedule.
