The Administrative Manager for the Division of Addiction Treatment and Prevention serves as an administrative leadership resource for the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Department of Psychiatry, supporting clinical operations and financial management at BWH and BWFH. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative functions, overseeing office staff, improving workflows, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational goals.
The division offers various care models, fellowship programs, and manages significant philanthropic and operational funds. The role reports to the Senior Director for Clinical Operations and collaborates with clinical leaders, hospital management, and faculty to ensure high-quality, efficient services.
Education: Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field required; Master's preferred. No experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Experience: 5-7 years in healthcare administration; 2-3 years in management or leadership roles.
Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Office software and EHR systems; ability to handle sensitive information.
