The Department of OBGYN is seeking an Administrative Generalist/Coordinator to join our team in support of our expanding clinical, research, education and community missions. This full-time position is in-person and based in Charlottesville on the Grounds of the University of Virginia. Our growing department currently supports over 50 clinical faculty in clinical care across the State of Virginia, the 20 OBGYN Residents, 2 Fellowships, and Medical Student learners. This role offers variety, opportunity to engage in collaborative problem solving and welcomes initiative in execution of tasks. After 6 months, the position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule of 3 days on Grounds with 2 days remote. This position is available to individuals with various levels of degrees and experience. Compensation for this role may be salaried or hourly and based upon years’ relevant experience, qualifications, and education background. Annual compensation ranges from $57,000 - $65,000.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: At least three years of experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
