Job summary

The American College of Healthcare Executives offers a one-year fellowship designed to align with fellows’ interests and organizational initiatives, with mentorship from senior executives.

In the first nine months, fellows rotate across departments on project-based work; the last three months are devoted to an executive-level capstone project.

Participants gain leadership experience, strategic insight, and exposure to hospital operations, preparing them for senior healthcare leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in MHA, MHSA, MBA, MPH, MHI or health related field with graduation date within 18 months of start date (July 2027).

Job description

The one-year fellowship program is tailored to the administrative fellows’ specific interests, as well as to organizational initiatives, during their tenure at the hospital.
