Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our organization as an Administrative Fellow. This one-year fellowship program provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, gain hands‑on experience in healthcare administration, and contribute to large-scale hospital‑wide projects. The Administrative Fellow will actively participate in strategic initiatives and engage in shadowing opportunities with executives to develop a well‑rounded understanding of healthcare leadership. This role if full‑time and is hybrid with approximately 2‑3 days in the office. Some benefits of being our administrative fellow include exposure to executive‑level decision‑making and strategic planning and participation in leadership development activities, such as workshops and seminars. The administrative fellow also has access to the senior leaders who provide mentorship, and support and guidance throughout the fellowship. The fellow is involved in multiple large‑scale institute‑wide projects and can gain practical experience in project management and implementation firsthand. Dana‑Farber and its affiliate institutes have a vast network of healthcare professionals and plenty of opportunity for professional growth and development for a fellow.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
