Provides leadership for Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Security, and Parking Services. Ensures the delivery of quality services, regulatory compliance, and manages operations efficiently to achieve service and revenue objectives. Oversees campus environmental services, food services, security, and parking. Implements satisfaction drivers, coaches, trains, and develops directors, managers, and supervisors. Develops employee training and retention initiatives. The primary objective is maintaining a safe, secure, and threat-free environment. The role involves implementing and maintaining comprehensive environmental, food, security, and parking programs and participating in relevant committees.
