Summary

  • The Administrative Coordinator supports leadership goals and hospital and health system programs. Responsibilities include administrative and project coordination, communication, and support to the Chief Medical Officer and their reports, including calendar management, report preparation, and handling confidential information. Must work independently with some autonomy and as part of the PAH Administrative support team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all calendar schedules for supported departments and team members, ensuring logistics are complete and reminders are sent.
  • Support hospital policy initiatives through active committee participation.
  • Gather and compile data for reports, presentations, budgets, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and support special projects with data preparation and follow-up.
  • Attend meetings, participate in committees, and support initiatives for pharmacy administration.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, scripts, and leadership messages tailored to audiences.
  • Develop content for internal communications such as intranet, newsletters, and email bulletins, ensuring message consistency.
  • Make travel arrangements, prepare travel documents, and reconcile expenses.

Credentials

  • Licensed Pennsylvania Notary preferred.

Education or Equivalent Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience supporting leadership and project coordination. An Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.
