We have an exciting opportunity available for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Riley Executive Administration team at our downtown Indianapolis location.

This will be a day shift role, working Monday- Friday.

The Administrative Coordinator provides standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders in senior leadership. This Coordinator manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares travel arrangements, processes invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support.

The Administrative Coordinator in this role will also manage work with limited guidance and direction, anticipates and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise and assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc.

This Coordinator exercises sound independent judgement anticipates potential issues and challenges and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s).
