Project Rebound assists formerly and currently incarcerated adults and youth with applying, matriculating, and persisting in education. The Administrative Coordinator provides support to the Director and Executive Director. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the day‑to‑day operations of the office and acting as the first point of contact for students and Project Rebound visitors. The Administrative Coordinator works with the student assistants and helps them navigate employment and education.
Non‑Exempt (eligible for overtime)
Anticipated hiring rate: $4,367 per month. Salary range: $4,367 per month (Step 1) – $6,362 per month (Step 20). Salary step placement will be determined based on relevant qualifications and professional experience.
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Summer Hours (May – August) will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch. Work hours are dependent on department needs.
