The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees invites applications for the Administrative Coordinator I at the Nicholson School of Communication and Media (NSCM). The role centers on frontline reception, campus operations, and communications support at the Downtown Campus, with some duties at the Main Campus.

The Administrative Coordinator I supports the Nicholson School of Communication and Media (NCSM) leadership, administration, faculty, and student success initiatives. The position is based primarily on the Downtown Campus with occasional responsibilities on the Main Campus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6) .

This role requires the successful candidate to work on‑site at UCF as their primary work location. On‑site presence is an essential function of this role.
