Job summary

Who We Are:

Shipping & Receiving supports SwRI operations by managing incoming and outgoing materials, inventory, internal deliveries, and warehouse activities. Our team provides accurate, timely, and professional service while maintaining safety, accountability, and inventory control By joining our team, you will receive an additional $500 in your first paycheck, minus taxes.

Objectives of this Role:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and material locations.
• Support the receiving, stocking, issuing, and tracking of materials.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Provide responsive service to internal customers and departments.
• Operate a forklift safely on a regularly basis to load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, label, stock, and issue inventory materials.
• Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.

• 4 years: Experience with data entry, inventory systems, databases, or Microsoft Office.
• 4 years: Experience providing customer service and communicating with internal or external customers.
• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
