Job summary

Risant Health is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the central scheduling point of contact for integration work. You will coordinate end-to-end scheduling across all integration teams and incoming organizations, maintaining master trackers and calendars to keep milestones on track.

The Administrative Coordinator serves as the central scheduling point of contact and tracker for Risant Health integration work as new organizations are onboarded. This role coordinates scheduling across all integration teams and incoming organizations, maintains master trackers and calendars, and ensures meetings, milestones, and cross-team dependencies are organized, visible, and moving forward. The role partners closely with the Leader of Integration Management & Performance, Chief of Staff, Administrative Lead, and Executive Assistants to keep integration activity coordinated across the enterprise.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central scheduling point of contact for Risant Health integration work, owning end-to-end scheduling coordination across all integration and associated functional teams and incoming organizations as new organizations are onboarded, including resolving conflicting priorities and aligning calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring scheduling information, participant lists, and meeting logistics are complete, current, and error-free with minimal oversight.
  • Build and maintain master trackers for integration meetings, milestones, requests, and cross-team dependencies to ensure timely visibility and follow-through.
  • Conduct routine reviews of schedules and tracking tools to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks before they impact integration activities.
  • Partner with the Leader of Integration Management & Performance, Chief of Staff, Administrative Lead, and Executive Assistants to report status, proactively surface risks, and keep integration scheduling aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Manage meeting setup, logistics, and related communications for integration sessions, including agendas, invites, and follow-up tracking.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure participants complete required regulatory and organizational training or prerequisites in advance of relevant meetings and activities.
  • Provide backfill and central scheduling support for the broader administrative and EA team outside of integration work, including coverage for core scheduling and calendar needs during peak periods and absences.

  • Five (5) years of progressively complex scheduling experience in a corporate environment with some general administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college coursework, an Associate’s degree, or additional relevant education or training.
Compensation and Benefits

The projected base salary for this position ranges from $76,000.00 - $91,200.00 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
