Job summary

Neuberger supports a senior team in its Private Asset Management group in New York, seeking an Administrative Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations and partner with Sales Management, Investment team members, and leadership.

The role requires 5+ years of administrative experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and advanced MS Office, Salesforce, and Concur skills. You will handle calendar management, travel, meeting logistics, and expense processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Financial services industry or interest in wealth management a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining teamwork and client service.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Salesforce and Concur.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and printing meeting materials, ordering office supplies, and other office-related tasks.
  • Coordinate support for client meetings: schedule planners in MS Outlook, reserve conference rooms & AV, order catering, register and greet visitors.
  • Process travel & expense reports and reimbursements; obtain expense pre-approvals when necessary.
  • Process registration for conferences/events and submission of pre-approvals and payment requests.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed for the New York office.

Job description

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide general administrative support for a senior team within our Private Asset Management group in New York, working in partnership with Sales Management, Investment team members, and leadership, while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as calendar management, travel arrangements (including flight, hotel and ground transportation), preparing and printing meeting materials, ordering office supplies, and other office-related tasks
  • Coordinate the support required for client meetings: schedule/maintain meeting planners in MS Outlook, reserve conference rooms & audio-visual support, order catering, and register and greet visitors
  • Process travel & expense reports and reimbursements; obtain expense pre-approvals when necessary
  • Process registration for conferences/events as well as submission of pre-approvals and payment requests
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed for the New York office

Location: New York City; Monday - Thursday in office, remote Friday.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$125,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
