Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll processing and help track employee time.
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Maintain employee license and certification records.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk activities.
- Organize and update employee files and documents.
- Assist with permit applications and inspection scheduling.
- Restock office supplies and help keep shared areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- A portion of the interview will be conducted in Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Work Environment:
- 100% in-office role.
- May require occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $40,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.
