We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic administrative and community coordinator to help deliver a vibrant entrepreneurial experience for our members and team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative/operations experience.
  • A hospitality mindset with an eye to building a strong community.
  • Event coordination experience for groups up to 50 people.
  • Handle internal logistics including conference room management, meeting / event catering, etc.
  • Proficient with workplace technologies like access systems, booking, AV, MS 365.

Responsibilities

  • The main thing is to make the office the easiest part of everyone's day.
  • Work proactively with Lab Manager to keep the experience smooth between all areas of the incubator
  • Handle what comes and fix or elevate it clearly. Hands-on, high ownership
  • Coordinate events for members and with community partners
  • Support member-company onboarding and offboarding
  • Create, implement, and maintain processes to keep a well-run office environment.
  • Track operation budgets, support financial processes with contract accountant

About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic administrative and community coordinator to help deliver a vibrant entrepreneurial experience for our members and team. This role needs someone who loves being hands-on with variety in their responsibilities. Someone who is a deeply organized self-starter, who can help keep things disciplined and orderly, while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality workplace environment for our team and community. This person will be comfortable with the proverbial ‘cat-herding’ that office management requires.

Core Responsibilities

The main thing is to make the office the easiest part of everyone's day. You own the day-to-day experience of the office spaces so nothing about the space slows anyone down.

Additionally, you will:
