Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum one year of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of clerical/secretarial and specific function experience.
• Solid organizational and communication skills with ability to develop correspondence, reports and directives.

Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, and direct calls, gathering information and delivering messages to the right people.
• Maintain and update records, indexes, and files.
• Take care of information retrieval and data entry.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records and forms.
• May also be responsible for inventory, invoices, stamping, sorting, and delivering mail.
