Job summary

E-Logic is seeking an Administrative Clerk & MHE Operator to perform centralized receiving and shipping at LRC Natick. You will issue supplies, receive items, operate material handling equipment, and support the Supervisor with GCSS-A transactions and related documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a valid state driver’s license, a forklift/MHE operator license (up to 26K cargo capacity), and experience with GCSS-A/T-CODE transactions, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• GCSS-A experience equivalent to GS-07 (or WG-07 per Section B).
• Knowledge of T-CODE transactions.
• MHE/forklift operator license up to 26K cargo capacity.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Issue supplies to authorized personnel (DA Form 1687 on file).
• Receive, unload, divert trucks; review manifests; inspect items; record transactions.
• Operate the Automated Manifest System (AMS).
• Perform GCSS-A T-CODE transactions (receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, MIGO, storage bins, MROs, inventory discrepancies).
• Distribute/backhaul supplies; maintain ISO container visibility and input to ACAMS.
• Perform duties IAW AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR 735-5, and ATP 4-12.
• Submit monthly labor hours and CDRL documentation.
