Position Summary:
Performs administrative duties for VP/Chief Nursing Officer and other administrative level executives. Provides front office coverage. Does work of a confidential nature and relieves executive of designated administrative details. Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc., utilizing advanced PC software skills. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Must exercise initiative, judgment and knowledge of company practices, policies and organization.
Minimum Education:
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a HS diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
Three (3) to five (5) years clerical/administrative experience. Experience using word processing (MS Word), presentation (PowerPoint) and spreadsheet (Excel) software.
