Duties include being the administrative assistant to the Highlands College Leadership Team and Faculty; and, also oversees all clerical and budget/purchasing transactions for all Highlands College employees/programs. Due to the fact that the Pearson Testing Center is also located in this building, this person will also be a Pearson Site Manager and proctor (as needed) for the site. This individual also oversees multiple employees including the Highlands College work study and Pearson Testing Center Personnel. This individual is also critical in organizing campus events including Industrial Advisory Board meetings (twice yearly), Highlands Trades and Tech Day (every fall), annual fundraising event (Golf Scramble every spring), our Highlands Exploration Day (spring), and this year our first Highlands College Career Fair (spring). This person also assists students with all administrative questions and gives direction to students and families who are on campus or visiting campus.
